New Action-Packed Clip and Featurette For Jason Statham's THE BEEKEEPER
MGM Studios has released a new action-packed clip and a behind-the-scenes featurette for director David Ayer’s (Street Kings, End of Watch, Fury, Suicide Squad, Bright, The Tax Collector) upcoming action movie, The Beekeeper.
The clip features Jason Statham brutally kicking the asses of those people responsible for the death of his friend who took her own life after they scammed her out of all her money. The featurette includes interviews with the cast and crew offering some insight into the film and the story it tells.
In the film, Statham plays a beekeeper who embarks on a mission of revenge. He’s also part of a secret organization that exposes corruption and protects the hive.
In The Beekeeper, “one man’s brutal campaign for vengeance takes on national stakes after he is revealed to be a former operative of a powerful and clandestine organization known as ‘Beekeepers.’” Get ready for some wicked kick-ass action, a lot of which is teased in this adrenaline-fueled trailer.
Statham is joined in the film by Emmy Raver-Lampman, Josh Hutcherson, Bobby Naderi, Minnie Driver, plus Phylicia Rashad and Jeremy Irons.
The Beekeeper will hit theaters on January 12th, 2024.
