New Promo Spot and Character Posters for Marvel's SHE-HULK: ATTORNEY AT LAW

Here’s a new promo spot and three new character posters for Marvel’s upcoming series She-Hulk: Attorney at Law. The promo hints at several familiar faces, but it also reminds us not to forget whose show this really is. As for the posters, they feature the lead female characters in the series, including Tatiana Maslany as Jennifer Walters, Ginger Gonzaga as Nikki, and Jameela Jamil as Titania.

She-Hulk: Attorney at Law follows Jennifer Walters “as she navigates the complicated life of a single, 30-something attorney who also happens to be a green 6-foot-7-inch superpowered hulk.” The series also sees characters from the MCU coming to her for help and legal advice.

When talking about her character, Maslany said: "She really is the antithesis of most superhero narratives. There's this great element of denial in her that's relatable. For me, it was about rejecting what's happened for as long as I could, as that's what causes the fun tension between Jennifer and She-Hulk."

She goes on to say: "She's in a career that's male-dominated and incredibly vicious and hierarchal. When she's heading this superhuman firm, that's where we get some really fun characters that she's either defending or in opposition of. It's like this really absurd take on a legal show."

Jamil also recently talked about her character Titania and how she stands out from the other villains in the MCU, saying: “Titania stands out because I think she’s actually the most annoying of them. I guess she almost doesn’t need to use her power; she can just piss you off to death. And I think that’s a superpower we haven’t really used enough of. She’s also very charming. I like the fact that she’s a bit curvy, and I like the fact that she’s completely unconscious. She’s unconscious. Totally conscious and so, very strange. We’ll see.”

That certainly sounds like a different kind of villain! I love her description of the character pissing people off to death.

The nine-episode series also stars Mark Ruffalo as Hulk, Tim Roth as Abomination, Benedict Wong as Wong. Josh Segarra, Jon Bass, and Renée Elise Goldsberry. Rick and Morty's Jessica Gao created the show and Kat Coiro split directing duties on the series with Anu Valia. Executive producers are Kevin Feige, Louis D’Esposito, Victoria Alonso, Brad Winderbaum, Kat Coiro and Jessica Gao.

She-Hulk is set to premiere on Disney+ on August 18th.
