New DEADPOOL & WOLVERINE Concept Art Reveals Female Juggernaut
Some more concept art from Deadpool & Wolverine has surfaced and it reveals that at one point a female version of Juggernaut was considered. The filmmakers wanted to see what that might look like, and this art gives us that visual.
The art was created by David Masson, who shared: “I was asked to do a concept of juggernaut from x3 but as a woman, it didn’t end up in the movie, but ngl this could be pretty badass!! Costume designer @mayesrubeo”
Juggernaut as a woman is something I’ve never thought of and something I never thought I’d see, but here she is in all her glory. Ultimately, they didn’t take this route, but it was considered.
I imagine Deadpool would’ve made some fun wisecracks in regards to meeting a female Juggernaut.
