New ECHO Promo Video Offers Behind-The-Scenes Look at Fight Sequences
Marvel Studios has released a new promo video for its upcoming Echo series and it offers a behind-the-scenes look at some of the awesome action-packed fight sequences that the series will entail. The video also offers new footage and insight into the complicated relationship between Maya Lopez and Kingpin.
The series centers on Maya Lopez (Alaqua Cox) as she “struggles to reconnect with her Native American roots while balancing aspirations tied to a life of crime as successor to the brutal legacy of Wilson Fisk (Vincent D'Onofrio) aka Kingpin. In the first episode, we are introduced to Maya Lopez and her struggles."
The first reactions to Echo have been positive and it was described as being dark, brutal, violent, and gritty. I’m excited about this show and I hope that it lives up to the hype that I’ve been hearing!
Echo is developed by Etan Cohen and Emily Cohen, who are writers and executive producers on the show. The series also stars Charlie Cox, Zahn McClarnon, Chaske Spencer, Tantoo Cardinal, Cody Lightning, Devery Jacobs, and Graham Greene.
All five episodes will drop on Disney+ and Hulu on April 9th, 2024.
