New MADAME WEB Character Posters Feature The Main Heroes and The Villain
Five new character posters have been shared for Sony’s upcoming Marvel movie Madame Web, and they offer a closer look at all four of the main superheroines and the film‘s villain.
The posters feature Dakota Johnson as Cassie Webb/Madame Web, Sydney Sweeney as Julia Carpenter/Spider-Woman, Isabela Merced as Anya Corazon/Araña, Celeste O’Connor as Mattie Franklin/Spider-Woman, and Tahar Rahim as Ezekiel Sims.
And remember, this movie is going to be so good that Johnson thinks you’re going to go see it twice!
The synopsis for the film reads: “In a switch from the typical genre, Madame Web tells the standalone origin story of one of Marvel publishing’s most enigmatic heroines. The suspense-driven thriller stars Dakota Johnson as Cassandra Webb, a paramedic in Manhattan who may have clairvoyant abilities. Forced to confront revelations about her past, she forges a relationship with three young women destined for powerful futures… if they can all survive a deadly present.”
Madame Web also starsEmma Roberts, Tahar Rahim, Mike Epps (The Upshaws), and Adam Scott (Severance).
The film was directed by S.J. Clarkson (Jessica Jones), and it will be released in theaters on February 14th.
