New Photos From DC's TITANS Reveals Starfire and Raven's Classic Costumes
Two new official photos from the set of DC Universe’s Titans have been released and they feature the classic costumes of two characters. After actress Anna Doip confirmed that she would be wearing Starfire’s classic costume, we now have a photo that shows her wearing it. It may be from a distance, but we do get decent look at it, and it’s definitely Starfire’s costume. When talking about trying on the costume, Doip explained:
As soon as I put it on, everyone was flipping out. It’s awesome because it’s something that so many people have seen for so long and it means so much to people and this is the first time we’re bringing it to life, but you know — our story takes its time. It takes its time, it’s an origin story, so it takes its time in the characters coming to this place where you see them and the way that everyone’s always known. I hope that the audience can be patient with us and have fun with us. It’s a ride, and it’s a fun one.
The other photo I included that you can see below features Teagan Croft rocking her Raven outfit. The first episode of Titans has already premiered on DC Universe. I haven’t had a chance to watch it yet, but I’ve been hearing good things and I’ll get around to it.
The series also stars Brenton Thwaites as Dick Grayson, Curran Walters as Jason Todd, and Ryan Potter and Beast Boy. Then there’s Minka Kelly and Alan Ritchson as Dove and Hawk.
Titans follows a group of young soon-to-be superheroes recruited from every corner of the DC Universe. In the action-adventure series, Dick Grayson emerges from the shadows to become the leader of a fearless band of new heroes that includes Starfire, Raven and others.
Titans will make its big debut on DC Universe on Friday, October 12th.
