New Poster for Netflix's CHILLING ADVENTURES OF SABRINA Part 2
Netflix has shared a new poster for their fantastically dark and devilish series Chilling Adventures of Sabrina Part 2. We’ve already seen a fun little announcement trailer for the upcoming second season, and I’m excited to see where story ends up taking these characters next.
One thing is for sure, Sabrina (Kiernan Shipka) will find herself being pursued by two guys. It’s a classic love triangle predicament, and it involves Harvey Kinkle (Ross Lynch) and Nicholas Scratch (Gavin Leatherwood). I wonder if season two will go darker than season one.
Chilling Adventures of Sabrina imagines the origin and adventures of Sabrina the Teenage Witch as a dark coming-of-age story that traffics in horror, the occult and, of course, witchcraft. Tonally in the vein of Rosemary’s Baby and The Exorcist, this adaptation finds Sabrina wrestling to reconcile her dual nature — half-witch, half-mortal — while standing against the evil forces that threaten her, her family and the daylight world humans inhabit.
The teaser also reveals that Chilling Adventures of Sabrina Part 2 will premiere on April 5th on Netflix!
The series stars Lucy Davis (Wonder Woman) as Hilda Spellman, Miranda Otto (Annabelle: Creation) as Zelda Spellman, Michelle Gomez (Doctor Who) as Mary Wardell, Chance Perdomo as Ambrose Spellman, Jaz Sinclair, Richard Coyle as Father Blackwood, and Tati Gabrielle as Prudence.
