New Synopsis For INCREDIBLES 2; The Sequel Looks to Shake Things Up a Bit

This is the sequel we’ve been waiting for. Incredibles 2! The first film wowed us back in 2004 and we’re just now getting a sequel later this year. We haven’t been given a lot of information about the story of the film until now. We already knew that it was going to pick up right where the first movie left off, but now we have a full synopsis!

“Everyone’s favorite family of superheroes is back in “Incredibles 2” – but this time Helen (voice of Holly Hunter) is in the spotlight, leaving Bob (voice of Craig T. Nelson) at home with Violet (voice of Sarah Vowell) and Dash (voice of Huck Milner) to navigate the day-to-day heroics of “normal” life/ It’s a tough transition for every one, made tougher by the fact that the family is still unaware of baby Jack-Jack’s emerging superpowers. When a new villain hatches a brilliant and dangerous plot, the family and Frozone (voice of Samuel L. Jackson) must find a way to work together again – which is easier said than done, even when they’re all Incredible.”

I’m really excited to see this sequel and finding out that Bob seems to become a stay-at-home dad increases that excitement. We’ve been given images and a teaser before today, but now we know the story that Pixar is wanting to tell. I can’t seem to get over my excitement for the movie. Fans have been waiting years for this to happen! Are you excited for this film? What about the focus seemingly being on Helen instead of Bob?
