New Trailer for Hulu's Remake of WHITE MEN CAN'T JUMP
Hulu has released a new trailer for 20th Century Studios’ unnecessary remake of White Men Can’t Jump. The movie stars rapper Jack Harlow and Sinqua Walls, and after watching this latest trailer, I still have no interest in watching the movie. It doesn’t seem to capture the charm and spirit of the original film.
In the movie, “Two ballers (Walls and Harlow), opposites who are seemingly miles apart, find they might have more in common than they imagined possible. A sports comedy about basketball hustlers who work on the premise that white men can’t play as well as black men.”
The movie was directed by Calmatic, who directed the House Party reboot, and the script for the film comes from Black-ish creator Kenya Barris and Doug Hall.
White Men Can’t Jump also stars Lance Reddick, Teyana Taylor, Laura Harrier, and Vince Staples. It will be released on Hulu on May 19th. Check out the trailer and let us know what you think!
