New Trailer for Netflix's Treasure-Hunting Adventure Drama OUTER BANKS Season 3
Netflix has released a new trailer for Outer Banks Season 3, and it offers up our best look yet at the next chapter of the treasure-hunting adventure drama series as the “Pogues” embark on a journey to find El Dorado. You know, I’ve actually been enjoying this series more than I thought I would. It’s one of the few shows that my kids and I watch together these days.
This is a great new trailer for the coming-of-age series and I’m looking forward to seeing where Season 3 take us! The series was created and executive produced by Jonas Pate, Josh Pate and Shannon Burke, and it follows the adventures of “a tight-knit group of local teens (the ‘Pogues’) in the beach vacation destination of the Outer Banks of North Carolina.”
The synopsis for Season 3 reads:
After losing the gold and fleeing the Outer Banks, Season 3 finds the Pogues washed ashore on a desert island that, for a brief moment, seems like an idyllic home. Officially deemed ‘Poguelandia,’ the island’s newest residents spend their days fishing, swimming, and reveling in the carefree lifestyle of their temporary dwelling. But things quickly go south for John B, Sarah, Kiara, Pope, JJ, and Cleo when they find themselves once again caught up in a race for the treasure, quite literally running for their lives.
The show stars Chase Stokes (John B.), Madelyn Cline (Sarah Cameron), Madison Bailey (Kiara), Jonathan Daviss (Pope), Rudy Pankow (J.J.), Austin North (Topper), Drew Starkey (Rafe Cameron), and Charles Esten (Ward Cameron), with Elizabeth Mitchell (Limbrey), Caroline Arapoglou (Rose), Carlacia Grant (Cleo), Cullen Moss (Deputy Shoupe), Julia Antonelli (Wheezie Cameron), Nicholas Cirillo (Barry), and Deion Smith (Kelce).
Outer Banks Season 3 will premiere on February 23rd, 2023.
