New Trailer For Taylor Sheridan and Billy Bob Thornton's Oil Drama LANDMAN
Paramount+ has released a new first trailer for Taylor Sheridan’s upcoming oil drama Landman, and this is a show that I’m looking forward to watching. It looks like it’s going to an another great show from Sheridan.
The series is inspired by the podcast, Boomtown, and it offers insight into how insane the oil business is and how it’s run and affects the lives of those who live and work in that world.
The series stars Billy Bob Thornton, and the story is set in the “proverbial boomtowns of West Texas, Landman is a modern-day tale of fortune seeking in the world of oil rigs.
The series “is an upstairs/downstairs story of roughnecks and wildcat billionaires fueling a boom so big, it’s reshaping our climate, our economy and our geopolitics.”
It’s set in the proverbial boomtowns of West Texas, and is a modern-day tale of fortune seeking in the world of oil rigs.
Landman also stars Ali Larter (The Last Victim), Michelle Randolph (1923), Jacob Lofland (Joker 2), Kayla Wallace (When Calls the Heart), James Jordan (Yellowstone), Mark Collie (Nashville), Paulina Chávez (The Expanding Universe of Ashley Garcia), Jon Hamm (Mad Men), Michael Peña (End of Watch), and Demi Moore (Feud: Capote Vs. The Swans).
The series is set to premiere on Paramount+ on November 17th.
