New TV Spot for CAPTAIN MARVEL - She's Done With You Telling Her What She Can't Do
We’ve got another TV spot to share with you for Captain Marvel that offers a bit of new footage. The promo centers around the character being put down and told all of the things that she won’t be able to do, to which she responds, “I’m kinda done with you telling me what I can’t do.”
I know a lot of fans don’t really care for what they are seeing from this movie. For me, I see the excitement of my two little girls when they watch these trailers. Their eyes just light up! I love that they’re excited for this movie!
I really hope that the Marvel and the creative team brought on to develop this film end up delivering something awesome and special. I’m looking forward to it, and I hope that it ends up going above and beyond the expectations that some fans have. We’ll just have to wait and see. In the meantime, enjoy the new trailer.
Set in the 1990s, Marvel Studios’ “Captain Marvel” is an all-new adventure from a previously unseen period in the history of the Marvel Cinematic Universe that follows the journey of Carol Danvers as she becomes one of the universe’s most powerful heroes. While a galactic war between two alien races reaches Earth, Danvers finds herself and a small cadre of allies at the center of the maelstrom.
The movie stars Brie Larson as Carol Danvers, Samuel L. Jackson as Nick Fury, Jude Law as Yon-Rogg, Gemma Chan as Minn-Erva, Annette Bening in a mystery role, Djimon Hounsou as Korath, Clarke Gregg as Agent Coulson, Lashana Lynch as Maria Rambeau, Ben Mendelsohn as Talos, and Goose the cat.
Captain Marvel is being directed by Anna Boden and Ryan Fleck (Mississippi Grind) and is set to be released on March 8th, 2019.
