Peter Parker is Alive and Well in the First Set Photos From SPIDER-MAN: FAR FROM HOME
The first photos from the set of Spider-Man: Far From Home have surfaced, and as you can see, they feature Peter Parker (Tom Holland) alive and well. The film has officially started shooting in Hertfordshire, England with Jon Watts returning to direct. It looks like Holland is just hanging out on the set getting ready to shoot.
Spider-Man: Far From Home will be the first movie released after the events of Avengers 4. Not much is known about the story. But, we do know that it will be during Peter Parker's summer vacation and he'll be taking a trip to Europe with his friends. We also know that Spider-Man will be facing off with Mysterio, who might end up being played by Jake Gyllenhaal.
There's a rumor that they might be changing up Mysterio's origin a bit. He will reportedly live in London as "a failed magician and actor rather than a stuntman and VFX expert." Michael Keaton also may make an appearance as Vulture again. You can read up on some additional rumored information regarding the film here.
Spider-Man: Far From Home hits theaters July 5, 2019.
