RICK AND MORTY Season 8 Will Premiere in 2025; It Was Delayed Because of The Writers Strike

Adult Swim has announced that Rick and Morty Season 8 won’t premiere until 2025. Over the past few years, the fan-favorite animated series has improved the rate at which new episodes of the series have been released. It went from waiting several years in between seasons to a new season being released every year since Rick and Morty Season 5.

In case you’re wondering why the season was delayed, you can blame it on the writers strike last year. This will make a two-year gap between Season 7 and Season 8. At least the show is still in development and we’ll eventually be able to enjoy some new wild Rick and Morty adventures.

The last season of the series was incredibly funny! I know a lot of people had some issues with the new voices of Rick and Morty, but the stories were still fun, and I had a good time watching it! So, I’m excited for what the next Season will bring the fans!
