Ridley Scott Applauds The High School Stage Production of ALIEN and Wants Them to Do GLADIATOR Next!
Earlier this week, we shared a story about North Bergen High School in New Jersey putting on a stage production of Alien. Well, news of the play reached director Ridley Scott and he had nothing but admiration of what their Drama Club accomplished.
In fact, he wrote them a letter to let them know his thoughts and gives them encouragement to continue. He says that he will give them more money to help them fund an encore performance and then tells them that they should do Gladiator next.

That’s pretty damn cool and I imagine that the Drama Club is reeling from excitement over the letter. I hope that they do end up developing a Gladiator stage play!
