Rob Zombie Announces That Dee Wallace Is in THE MUNSTERS

Director Rob Zombie has confirmed that Dee Wallace (E.T. and Cujo) has joined the cast of his upcoming Film reboot of The Munsters. Wallace is great, and it’s cool to see that she landed a role in this movie.

Zombie explained that she will provide the voice of Good Morning Transylvania, which is Transylvania's 2nd favorite morning show. The director shared some photos on Instagram along with the following note:

"ATTENTION! MUNSTERS CASTING NEWS! Our good friend DEE WALLACE has joined the cast of THE MUNSTERS! 👍🏼 Dee is the voice of GOOD MORNING TRANSYLVANIA! 🦇🦇🦇Transylvania's 2nd favorite morning show… soon slipping to 3rd if they don't update their format. 💀💀💀💀 Dee is a Zombie regular appearing in Halloween, The Haunted World of El Superbeasto, The Lords of Salem and most recently 3 From Hell."

The film follows a family of benign monsters who relocate from Transylvania to the American suburbs. The photo features Jeff Daniel Phillips as Herman Munster, Sheri Moon Zombie as Lily Munster, Dan Roebuck as Grandpa, Doctor Who and Hobbit actor Sylvester McCoy, as Igor, and Elvira actress Cassandra Peterson as a real estate agent.

The movie is set up at Universal Studios’ 1440 Entertainment division, and it will likely go directly to streaming. No release date has been set yet for the film.
