Ross Duffer Releases New Photos From Set of STRANGER THINGS Season 5 That Show Off Hopper's New Look
Ross Duffer, co-creator of the mega-hit Netflix series Stranger Things, has been pretty consistent about sharing photos and updates from the set of the fifth and final season of the show. They began shooting two months ago, and though very little new information has been revealed about the story this final season will tell, we have gotten some cool pictures from the Duffer brother of both the characters, as well as some props and set pieces that we have yet to figure out.
This new Instagram post is titled “Weeks 9-10,” and the photos feature a look at Hopper, played by David Harbour, who in seasons 1-3 had a mustache, then spent most of season 4 in a Russian prison, where he was clean shaven and his head was shaved, and now he is sporting a full, and pretty long, beard and mustache. The second photo looks to me like Robyn (Maya Hawke), hanging out on set with the Duffers. There’s a cool ALF poster; a pair of feathery pink high heel shoes; and a photo of the rainbow room from the flashback scenes of last season, from the facility Eleven was in, with blood stains on the set, and the photo is labeled “Blood References.” The next photos are of a realty billboard sign, which looks to be taken over by the upside down; a big sign or piece of material that has tape that spells out “Brozone;” and another shot of a marble being dropped into their fishbowl that reads “days shot” in the Stranger Things font.
