Ryan Reynolds Producing MIGHTY MOUSE Animated Movie With FREE GUY Writer Matt Lieberman

“Here I come to save the Day!” Paramount Animation is bringing Mighty Mouse to the big screen in a big animated adventure film and Ryan Reynolds is producing through his Maximum Effort Productions.

Paramount Animation has also hired screenwriter Matt Lieberman, who worked with Reynolds on the 2021 fantasy adventure film Free Guy, to write the script.

Mighty Mouse is a classic animated superhero character created by Terrytoons in 1942. The character was originally conceived as a parody of Superman, and the hero is an anthropomorphic mouse with superpowers, including super strength, flight, and invincibility.

Mighty Mouse is always ready to save the day with his catchphrase, "Here I come to save the day!" His adventures often involve rescuing his fellow mice from various perils, typically caused by villainous cats.

There have been attempts to get a Might Mouse movie off the ground and into development for years. But, there’s a good chance that this one will actually get pushed through with the involvement of Reynolds and Maximum Effort.

This movie could be a ton of fun if it is actually done with the right creative team with the right vision.
