Samuel L. Jackson Weighs in on The NICK FURY Disney+ Series Rumor

As you know, Marvel Studios is in the project of developing several spinoff shows for Disney+. Loki, Scarlet Witch and The Vision, and Bucky and The Falcon are all in different stages of development. There are also a few other rumored shows, one of which is said to revolve around Nick Fury.

Samuel L. Jackson has now weighed in on whether he knows anything about a project focusing on the former S.H.I.E.L.D. Director being in development. When Games Radar brought up the rumors in an interview, he responded with:

"Oh, it’s gotta be true then!"

As for whether or not anyone has talked to him about about a Nick Fury series, he said:

"Nobody’s asked me yet, but we’ll see."

Now Jackson could be lying. It’s not like he hasn’t lied before. He already admitted that he made up the whole thing about Captain Marvel being able to time travel just to mess with the fans. So… Samuel L. Jackson is not to be trusted!

Either way, Marvel has not confirmed that they are working on a Nick Fury series, but it wouldn’t surprise me if we got one. I think the fans would love to see a Nick Fury series, especially one set shortly after the events of Captain Marvel.

I’d love to see what Fury was up to in the years between Captain Marvel and Iron Man!

Finally, when the actor was asked about his role in Avengers: Endgame, he said:

"I don’t know anything about Avengers: Endgame."

Yeah, right.
