Sarah Paulson Offers a Last Chance To Survive in New Promo For AMERICAN HORROR STORY: APOCALYPSE
FX has released a new promo spot for American Horror Story: Apocalypse. It features Sarah Paulson offering the audience their last chance for survival. It also reveals a new website that has been launched, thebeginningisnear.tv, which is where you can sign up for an opportunity to win an exclusive American Horror Story experience.
Not much is known about the plot of Apocalypse, but it's set in the not-too-distant future and creator Ryan Murphy previously revealed that it would be a crossover with Murder House (Season 1) and Coven (Season 3). He also said, "It’s a season unlike anything we’ve done because there’s a big hook to it. There’s a huge thing that happens in episode 5.” Judging by the promo there's also an apocalyptic theme.
The cast also includes Sarah Paulson, Evan Peters, Kathy Bates, Billie Lourd and Adina Porter. Joan Collins has also been cast and will play the grandmother of Evan Peters’ character. Peters is said to play a "comedic hairdresser." Cody Fern will play Michael Langdon a.k.a. The Anti-Christ, and Jessica Lang has also joined the series to reprise her role from the first season! UnReal star Jeffrey Bowyer-Chapman and Kyle Allen of The Path have also joined the horror anthology as guest stars.
American Horror Story: Apocalypse will premiere on FX on September 12th.
