SMALLVILLE's Erica Durance Will Reprise Her Role as Lois Lane in The CW's "Crisis on Infinite Earths" Crossover!
We’ve got some more exciting news for all you Smallville fans! Erica Durance is officially set to reprise her role as Lois Lane in The CW’s upcoming crossover event series “Crisis on Infinite Earths”.
We recently learned that Tom Welling would be reprising his role as Clark Kent in the series, so the fact that we are going to get to see Smallville’s Clark and Lois together again after all these years is super exciting! I hope the next announcement is that Michael Rosenbaum will return as Lex Luthor!
It’s said that Durance will appear across multiple episodes of the crossover. Like Welling’s Clarke, the crossover series will explore the experiences that Lois has had in the 10 years since we last saw her at the end of Smallville.
Yesterday, with the announcement of Welling, Arrow co-creator/executive producer Marc Guggenheim said, “For eight years, Arrow has stood on the shoulders of Smallville. Simply put, there would be no Arrow, and no Arrowverse, without it.”
The crossover will unite the entire Arrowverse series franchise – Arrow, The Flash, Supergirl, DC’s Legends of Tomorrow and Batwoman. It’s a five-episode epic that will span two quarters, with three episodes airing in December and the two concluding installments debuting in January.
What do you think about Erica Durance coming back to play Lois Lane again!?
