Sony Pictures Sets a 2021 Release Date For MASTERS OF THE UNIVERSE

Sony Pictures has set a new release date for Masters of the Universe and that released date is March 5th, 2021. The movie was originally set to be released at Christmas this year, but with no signs of a production start date, we knew that was never going to happen.

We recently learned that Noah Centineo (To All The Boys I’ve Loved Before, The Perfect Date, and Sierra Burgess Is a Loser) was cast in the role of He-Man, which was a very unexpected choice, but who knows what the filmmakers are planning. He just doesn’t seem to have the build for He-Man.

Matt Holloway and Art Marcum (Iron Man and Men in Black: International) have rewritten the script for the film, and Aaron and Adam Nee (Band of Robbers) are set to direct it.

There aren’t any concrete details to share on what is being planned for the story, but I hope that they end up delivering a badass He-Man movie that the fans will enjoy. Do you think that’s even possible?
