According to the latest scoop, the iconic antihero could be part of a massive chase sequence that also involves Tom Holland’s Spider-Man and Michael Mando’s Scorpion.
The report comes from reliable scooper My Time To Shine Hello, who took to X to share details on how the movie kicks off. MTTSH revealed:
“In the beginning of the film, someone is trying to break Scorpion out of prison while he’s being moved, Punisher and his partner track the criminals and are trying to stop them.
“Spider-Man is trying to stop both the criminals that are trying to break Scorpion and the Punisher from killing the criminals.”
What makes this sequence even wilder is the addition of a tank. Apparently, Punisher and his partner, who is rumored to be a woman, will be operating the heavy artillery during the chase. That alone suggests this movie won’t be holding back when it comes to action.
This lines up with a previous rumor where insider Daniel Richtman shared, “The Punisher will reportedly still be a ‘murderous psycho’ in ‘SPIDER-MAN: BRAND NEW DAY’ and will be equipped with tools like a tank and advanced tech to deal with larger threats.”
