SPIDER-MAN: BRAND NEW DAY Teaser Unleashes Our First Look at Spider-Man and The Punisher Battling the Hulk

Marvel just dropped a new international teaser for Spider-Man: Brand New Day, and even though it's packed with footage we've already seen, there's one sequence teased that will have you hitting replay.

It gives us our first look at Tom Holland's Spider-Man teaming up with Jon Bernthal's Frank Castle as they take the fight straight to a rampaging Hulk.

It's only a brief moment, but there's a lot happening. As Hulk comes crashing through the action, the Punisher is seen unloading on the Green Goliath while Spider-Man swings into the middle of the chaos.

The teaser also offers the clearest look yet at Spidey wearing a modified Shocker gauntlet as he throws himself into the fight against Hulk.

It's exactly the kind of wild Marvel matchup fans are going to love to see! The recent trailer already hinted that Sadie Sink's mysterious character could play a major role in Hulk's transformation.

While Marvel still hasn't revealed who she's actually playing, rumors continue to point toward Jean Grey, though nothing has been confirmed.

From everything we've seen so far, it appears her character may be responsible for unleashing the "Savage" Hulk and could even be manipulating his actions throughout the story.

There had also been plenty of speculation that Hulk might appear in his Grey Hulk form, but that's no longer expected to happen. An excerpt from the film's upcoming art book revealed that the creative team explored different possibilities before deciding that "audiences needed the familiar green version" instead.

The excitement surrounding Brand New Day continues to build, and early box office projections are already impressive. Current tracking suggests the movie could debut between $180 million and $190 million domestically when it opens later this month.

Not everyone thinks that's the ceiling, though. Industry insider Jeff Sneider believes the film could launch much higher, predicting an opening weekend somewhere between $225 million and $245 million.

Four years have passed since the events of Spider-Man: No Way Home. Peter is now living completely on his own after sacrificing his identity and the memories of everyone he cared about. With New York no longer remembering who he is, he's dedicated himself entirely to protecting the city as Spider-Man.

That new life comes with a heavy cost. As the pressure of being Spider-Man continues to grow, Peter begins experiencing a mysterious physical change that threatens his very existence. At the same time, a disturbing crime wave spreads across New York, leading to one of the most dangerous enemies he's ever faced.

Spider-Man: Brand New Day is directed by Destin Daniel Cretton from a screenplay by Chris McKenna and Erik Sommers. The film is produced by Kevin Feige, Amy Pascal, Avi Arad, and Rachel O'Connor.

Joining Holland are Zendaya, Sadie Sink, Jacob Batalon, Jon Bernthal, Tramell Tillman, Michael Mando, and Mark Ruffalo.

With Spider-Man squaring off against the Hulk, the Punisher entering the action, and Peter Parker facing a completely new chapter of his life, Brand New Day is shaping up to be one of Marvel's biggest events of the year.

Spider-Man: Brand New Day swings into theaters on July 31, 2026.
