STRANGER THINGS Season 2 Gets a Perfectly Cool Halloween-Themed Poster
The Netflix marketing team has been having a blast with the marketing of their upcoming second season of Stranger Things. I've really been enjoying the posters that have been released, especially the ones that are inspired by classic 80s movies like Jaws, Firestarter, The Running Man, Alien, A Nightmare on Elm Street, Stand By Me, The Goonies, and Evil Dead.
This new poster isn't really inspired by a movie, but it's definitely is a Halloween-themed poster that came with the caption, "Trick or Treat." If there was any movie or TV show that it paid tribute to, I would have to say it would be It's the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown. Regardless, it's still a great poster! I can't wait to watch the new trailer, which I imagine will be released sometime in the near future.
Stranger Things Season 2 will be released on October 27, 2017.
