Close Encounters of the Third Kind is one of my favorite Spielberg films and this poster captures the wonder and madness of it all! If you want to order one, you can buy a 24x36 print here for $70. This is a limited editor of 175 and there’s also a variant edition of 50 for $75.
The film’s story follows Roy Neary (Richard Dreyfuss), an everyday blue-collar worker in Indiana, who has a close encounter with a UFO. Obsessed with understanding what he has witnessed, Roy is plagued by a series of visions and musical sounds, leading him to the discovery of a unique mountainous location. Meanwhile, government officials and scientists are also drawn to this location, preparing for a potential rendezvous with extraterrestrial beings.
