THE CROW is Getting a 4K Ultra HD Remaster For Its 30th Anniversary
Director Alex Proyas’ 1994 film The Crow is getting the 4K treatment in celebration of its 30th anniversary. Paramount Home Entertainment has announced that the cult classic movie will finally make its debut on 4K Blu-ray for the very first time.
In the film, “Young musician Eric Draven is brutally murdered alongside his fiancée by members of a violent gang. On the anniversary of their death, Eric rises from the grave and assumes the gothic mantle of the Crow, a supernatural avenger. He then sets out on a macabre mission to mercilessly hunt down everyone responsible and make them answer for their crimes.”
The remastered version of supernatural film will be available on 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray Disc starting on May 7, 2024. Fans will also be able to purchase a limited-edition SteelBook of the remastered movie with a 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray Disc and access to a digital copy.

The movie is based on James O’Barr’s 1989 dark fantasy comic book series, The Crow was written by David J. Schow and John Shirley. It stars the late Brandon Lee, Rochelle Davis, Ernie Hudson, Michael Wincott, Bai Ling, and Anna Levine.
Lionsgate is producing a reboot of The Crow reboot starring Bill Skarsgård and FKA Twigs later this year.
