THE OFFICE Stars Steve Carell and John Krasinski Reunite in Behind the Scenes Featurette for the Movie IF
Two of our favorite stars of The Office were able to reunite when making the imaginary friend fantasy film IF. The movie was written and directed by John Krasinski, and he assembled a star-studded list of friends to both appear and lend their voices to the film, including Steve Carell.
In a new promotional featurette for the film, we get to peek behind the scenes and see Carell in the studio recording his lines for the character Blue. Carell reunites with Krasinski, and they have a sweet moment, and of course, a hilarious one.
Check out the video below, and watch IF when it hits theaters next month on May 17, 2024.
The movie is described as "the tale of a man who can see and talk to people's imaginary friends, befriending those that have been forgotten or discarded.
“However, some imaginary friends, lacking love and friendship, turn to the dark side, and it's up to Reynolds' character to save the world from those that become evil."
Ryan Reynolds stars in the movie with an incredible ensemble that includes John Krasinski, Cailey Fleming, and Fiona Shaw, as well as Steve Carell, Matt Damon, Jon Stewart, Emily Blunt, Maya Rudolph, Sam Rockwell, Sebastian Maniscalco, Christopher Meloni, Richard Jenkins, Awkwafina, and Vince Vaughn. Other actors that were previously announced include Phoebe Waller-Bridge, Louis Gossett Jr, Alan S. Kim, and Bobby Moynihan.
