Trailer For Ben Affleck and Robert Rodriguez's Psychological Thriller Film HYPNOTIC
The first trailer has been released for a fascinating psychological thriller titled Hypnotic, which comes from director Robert Rodriguez and stars Ben Affleck. This movie looks really good and it seems like it tells a story that’s going to keep audiences on the edge of their seats.
The story follows police detective Daniel Rourke (Affleck) as he searches for his missing daughter Minnie (Hala Finley). On his wild adventure, he finds that she is associated with a series of ongoing robberies conducted by a mysterious man (William Fichtner) who has hypnotic powers. Fichtner gets to play a great villain!

Determined to find his missing daughter, Austin detective Danny Rourke instead finds himself spiraling down a rabbit hole while investigating a series of reality-bending bank robberies where he will ultimately call into question his most basic assumptions about everything and everyone in his world. Aided by Diana Cruz (Alice Braga), an unnervingly gifted psychic, Rourke simultaneously pursues and is pursued by a lethal specter - the one man he believes holds the key to finding the missing girl - only to discover more than he ever bargained for.
As you’ll see, things spiral out of control pretty quickly for Affleck’s character and he’s left confused just like the rest of us! I mean, who is this guy with hypnotic powers that can force his victims to see and feel things that aren’t real!?
Hypnotic is set to debut in theaters on May 12th and this trailer sold me on wanting to see it!
