Thrilling Trailer for Ben Affleck's Action Thriller THE ACCOUNTANT 2
Amazon MGM Studios has released the first trailer for the highly-anticipated sequel to The Accounrtant, which see the return of Ben Affleck and Jon Bernthal as they team up to solve a murder, uncover some secrets, and kill a bunch of people in the process.
In the The Accountant 2, “Christian Wolff (Affleck) has a talent for solving complex problems. When an old acquaintance is murdered, leaving behind a cryptic message to ‘find the accountant,’ Wolff is compelled to solve the case.
“Realizing more extreme measures are necessary, Wolff recruits his estranged and highly lethal brother, Brax (Jon Bernthal), to help. In partnership with U.S. Treasury Deputy Director Marybeth Medina (Cynthia Addai-Robinson), they uncover a deadly conspiracy, becoming targets of a ruthless network of killers who will stop at nothing to keep their secrets buried.”
I loved the first film and this sequel looks like it’s going to be just as good. I can’t wait to watch it!
The Accountant 2 also stars Daniella Pineda, Allison Robertson, and J.K. Simmons. Gavin O’Connor is returning to direct the film, and Affleck and Matt Damon are among the producers.
The Accountant 2 will get a theatrical release on April 25th.
