Trailer For Channing Tatum and Steven Soderbergh's MAGIC MIKE'S LAST DANCE

Warner Bros. has released the first trailer for director Steven Soderbergh’s Magic Mike's Last Dance, the new addition to the popular Magic Mike franchise. Channing Tatum returns to reprise his role as famous male stripper Mike Lane in the film, and he’s joined by Salma Hayek, Ayub Khan Din, Caitlin Gerard, and Gavin Spokes, with newcomers Jemelia George, Juliette Motamed, and Vicki Pepperdine.

"Magic" Mike Lane (Tatum) takes to the stage again after a lengthy hiatus, following a business deal that went bust, leaving him broke, taking bartender gigs in Florida. For what he hopes will be one last hurrah, Mike heads to London with a wealthy socialite (Pinault) who lures him with an offer he can't refuse… and an agenda all her own. With everything on the line, once Mike discovers what she truly has in mind, will he—and the roster of hot new dancers he'll have to whip into shape—be able to pull it off?

When previously talking about the film, Tatum, and writer Reid Carolin teased the story and revealed that the lead female role would be crucial to it. Carline said, “It’s really about a woman stuck at a horrible strip show like a Chippendales and then realizing, ‘What the hell am I doing here?’ And then Magic Mike comes down from the ceiling. She gets to go down the rabbit hole and asks: What do I really want?”

Tatum added that the character is “really strong, almost stronger than Mike … we’ve never done a traditional love story, and this isn’t a traditional love story.”

Warner Bros. will debut Soderbergh's Magic Mike's Last Dance in theaters on February 10th, 2023.
