Trailer for Chris Evans and Ana de Armas' Secret Agent Romance Action Film GHOSTED

Apple TV+ has released the first trailer for its secret agent romantic comedy action film Ghosted, which stars Chris Evans and Ana de Armas. The movie was directed by Dexter Fletcher (Wild Bill, Sunshine on Leith, Eddie the Eagle, Rocketman), and it’s been described as “a high-concept romantic action-adventure film.”

The tagline for the film is: "Meeting that special someone can be a real adventure,” and this is the synopsis: “Salt-of-the-earth Cole (Evans) falls head over heels for enigmatic Sadie (de Armas)—but then makes the shocking discovery that she’s a secret agent. Before they can decide on a second date, Cole and Sadie are swept away on an international adventure to save the world.”

Yeah, I know that there have been so many films in the past with this exact same plot as this, but none of them starred Chris Evans and Ana de Armas, and that’s why people are going to watch it. The story for the film was also developed by Deadpool scribes Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick, and it looks like it’ll be fun and entertain audiences!

When previously talking about the movie, Evans said: "Ghosted is a romance/adventure in the vein of Romancing the Stone. I love working with Ana. She's an incredibly versatile actress and really fun on set. Neither of us have played characters like this and audiences are in for a really fun ride."

The movie also stars Adrien Brody, Mike Moh, Amy Sedaris, Tim Blake Nelson, and Tate Donovan. The screenplay is written by Chris McKenna with Reese and Wernick (Deadpool). Apple will release Ghosted streaming on Apple TV+ starting April 21st, 2023.
