Trailer For Netflix's SQUID GAME: THE CHALLENGE Competition Series

Netflix’s hit series Squid Game has spawned a reality competition spinoff series titled Squid Game: The Challenge, and the first trailer for that has been released. Yep, the Squid Game is real now, and the 10-episode series will see 456 real players enter the game in hopes they will win the $4.56 million grand prize!

In the series, “456 real players will enter the competition show in pursuit of a life-changing reward of USD $4.56 million. As they compete through a series of games inspired by the original show – plus surprising new additions – their strategies, alliances, and character will be put to the test while competitors are eliminated around them.”

The biggest difference between this competition show and the series that it’s based on is that no one will die if they fail. You know, this actually looks like fun and I wouldn’t mind getting in on the action!

Brandon Riegg, Netflix VP of Unscripted and Documentary Series, said: “Squid Game took the world by storm with Director Hwang’s captivating story and iconic imagery. We’re grateful for his support as we turn the fictional world into reality in this massive competition and social experiment,” said Brandon Riegg, Netflix VP of Unscripted and Documentary Series. “Fans of the drama series are in for a fascinating and unpredictable journey as our 456 real world contestants navigate the biggest competition series ever, full of tension and twists, with the biggest ever cash prize at the end.”

Squid Game: The Challenge is coming to Netflix on November 22, 2023. Check out the trailer and let us know if you’ll be watching.
