Trailer for Peacock PUNKY BREWSTER Revival Series with Soleil Moon Frye
NBC’s Peacock streaming service is sharing trailers for some of their upcoming shows. We already shared the trailer for the Saved By The Bell reboot, and now we have the trailer for the Punky Brewster revival with Soleil Moon Frye reprising her role.
Punky Brewster is a ten-episode series that also stars Cherie Johnson, who is also returning to the role of Punky’s best friend, Cherie. Newcomers to the cast include newcomers Quinn Copeland and Oliver De Los Santos, Lauren Donzis (Liv and Maddie, No Good Nick), Noah Cottrell (Skyscraper), and Freddie Prinze Jr. (She’s All That, Star Wars Rebels), who will play Punky's ex-husband.
Here’s the synopsis for the series:
On the multicamera/hybrid continuation of the 80s sitcom about a bright young girl raised by a foster dad, Punky (Frye) is now a single mother of three trying to get her life back on track when she meets a young girl who reminds her a lot of her younger self.
