Trailer For Producer Ben Stiller's Dark Comedy Series HIGH DESERT Starring Patricia Arquette

Apple TV+ has released the first trailer for the Ben Stiller-produced dark comedy series High Desert. The series stars Patricia Arquette as Peggy, who is looking for a fresh start as a private investigator following the death of her mother. As you’ll see in the trailer, she finds herself getting into some crazy situations. It looks like a fun and crazy show!

The series follows “an on-again-off-again addict who decides to make a new start after the death of her beloved mother, with whom she lived in the small desert town of Yucca Valley, California, and makes a life-changing decision to become a private investigator.”

High Desert is created and executive produced by Nancy Fichman, Katie Ford, and Jennifer Hoppe. The series also has a great supporting cast that includes Matt Dillon, Christine Taylor, Weruche Opia, Brad Garrett, Bernadette Peters, Rupert Friend, and Keir O’Donnell.

Arquette and Stiller previously worked together on Severance and Escape at Dannemora. The series is scheduled to premiere on May 17 with the first three episodes. It will then be followed by new episodes weekly every Wednesday.
