Trailer For Sam Raimi's Twisted Survival Thriller SEND HELP with Rachel McAdams and Dylan O'Brien

20th Century Studios has released the first trailer for Send Help, the latest genre-bending psychological thriller from fan-favrite director Sam Raimi (Spider-Man, The Evil Dead).

The film promises a darkly funny and suspenseful ride that pushes its characters, and audience, to their limits. I love this trailer and the energy from it! This is gonna be a great movie!

Send Help stars Rachel McAdams, Dylan O’Brien, Edyll Ismail, Dennis Haysbert, Xavier Samuel, Chris Pang, Thaneth Warakulnukroh, and Emma Raimi in a tense survival story packed with Raimi’s signature mix of wit, chaos, and twisted humanity.

The story follows Linda Liddle (McAdams) and Bradley Preston (O’Brien), two coworkers who survive a plane crash and end up stranded on a deserted island.

“Linda Liddle and Bradley Preston, two colleagues who find themselves stranded on a deserted island after they are the only survivors of a plane crash.

“On the island, they must overcome past grievances and work together to survive, but ultimately, it becomes an unsettling and darkly humorous battle of wills and wits to make it out alive.”

Raimi teased the emotional and psychological chaos at the heart of the film, saying, “I’ve always loved stories where interesting, dynamic characters are pushed to extremes. In our story, the power shifts create an escalating situation that’s brimming with unexpected turns and suspense.”

Written by Damian Shannon and Mark Swift (Friday the 13th, Baywatch), the film looks like an entertaining blend of survival drama and twisted dark comedy. It’s the kind of unpredictable storytelling Raimi fans enjoy.

The film will also feature original music from Danny Elfman (The Nightmare Before Christmas, Batman), and it looks ready to deliver a wicked mix of tension, absurdity, and survivalist insanity, all filtered through Raimi’s unmistakable style.

Send Help hits theaters nationwide on January 30, 2026.
