Trailer For Taylor Sheridan's Espionage Thriller Series SPECIAL OPS: LIONESS Starring Zoe Saldaña
Paramount+ has released the first trailer for Taylor Sheridan’s espionage thriller series Special Ops: Lioness, which stars Zoe Saldaña, Morgan Freeman, and Nicole Kidman. I’m a big fan of Sheridan’s work, and he’s been pumping out one great series after another with projects like Yellowstone, The Mayor of Kingstown, 1883, 1923, and Tulsa King. I’m looking forward to watching this latest project of his, because I know it’s going to be good! It also has a great cast and it will tell in intriguing story.
The series is inspired by an actual US Military program, and it “follows the life of Joe (Saldaña) while she attempts to balance her personal and professional life as the tip of the CIA's spear in the war on terror. The Lioness Program, overseen by Kaitlyn Meade (Kidman) and Donald Westfield (Michael Kelly), enlists an aggressive Marine Raider named Cruz (Laysla De Oliveira) to operate undercover alongside Joe among the power brokers of State terrorism in the CIA's efforts to thwart the next 9/11.”
Cruz is a rough-around-the-edges but passionate young Marine who will help bring down a terrorist organization from within.
