Two New Posters for GHOSTBUSTERS: AFTERLIFE Feature the Main Cast Facing an Evil Threat
I’m excited for audiences to get to finally watch Ghostbusters: Afterlife! It’s such a fun movie that is made for the fans. As I’ve said a few times already, it’s 100% fan service, and I enjoyed every minute of it. While you all wait to see it for yourselves, I’ve got two new posters to share with you!
These posters feature the main cast of the film facing an evil threat that is looking to bring an end to the world. As you’ve seen in the trailers, that threat is none other than Gozer. Check out the two posters below:
In the film, Egon Spangler’s family moves to a small town where they learn about their grandfather’s legacy and that he used to catch ghosts for a living. I love the story of a couple of kids slowly discovering something incredible about their grandpa and his legacy.
The synopsis for the next chapter in the Ghostbusters universe reads, “A single mom and her two kids arrive in a small town, they begin to discover their connection to the original ghostbusters and the secret legacy their grandfather left behind.”
The film was directed by Jason Reitman from a script he wrote with Gil Kenan. The movie stars Carrie Coon, Finn Wolfhard, Mckenna Grace, and Paul Rudd. Original cast members Bill Murray, Dan Aykroyd, Ernie Hudson, and Sigourney Weaver also show up!
I had the opportunity to watch Ghostbusters: Afterlife at CinemaCon, and it was a blast! You can watch our reaction video for the film here. Look, the movie isn’t perfect, but it you are a fan going in to have a good time, you’re gonna have a good time!
Ghostbusters: Afterlife will be released in theaters on November 19th, 2021.
