VENOM 2 Is Titled VENOM: LET THERE BE CARNAGE and Has a New Release Date
The title of Sony Pictures’ Venom 2 has been revealed as Venom: Let There Be Carnage. It has also been given a new release date! That date is June 25th, 2021. I kinda dig the title!
Andy Serkis is directing Venom 2, and Tom Hardy will reprise his role as Eddie Brock in the film alongside Michelle Williams as Anne Weying. Woody Harrelson is playing Cletus Kasady, aka Carnage and Naomie Harris (Moonlight) is also reportedly playing the villain Shriek, who is Carnage’s love interest and accomplice.
We don’t have any details regarding the story of Venom 2, but when previously talking about the film, Serkis said, “I’ve got some very clear ideas about the journey I’d like to see visually and how we can take the characters into another dimension.”
It’ll be interesting to see how this sequel turns out.
