Watch The Cast of CREATURE COMMANDOS React to the Trailer for the First Time
DC Studios has released a new promo video for Creature Commandos, and it features creator James Gunn showing the voice cast the trailer for the series for the first time, and you get to see their reactions to it.
This show has been getting great reviews and I’m excited about watching it when it’s released on Max this week!
The series “tracks a secret team of incarcerated monsters recruited for missions deemed too dangerous for humans. When all else fails…they’re your last, worst option.”
Gunn, who wrote the series, previously said: “The new series picks up directly after our Peacemaker season one finale, which leaves Waller with her hands tied operationally, meaning that she’s no longer able to get away with putting human lives on the line to carry out her clandestine morally questionable missions. Instead, she recruits a ragtag band of misfits, not unlike the Suicide Squad and Peacemaker.”
The team in the series consists of a human, a werewolf, a vampire, Frankenstein's monster, and a gorgon. The voice cast includes David Harbour as Eric Frankenstein, Sean Gunn as Weasel and GI Robot, Frank Grillo as Rick Flag Sr., Maria Bakalova as Princess Ilana Rostovic, Indira Varma as The Bride, Zoe Chao as Nina Mazursky, Alan Tudyk as Dr. Phosphorus, with Steve Agee reprising his role as John Economos from Peacemaker.
Creature Commandos will premiere on Max on December 5th, 2024.
