Werewolf By Night Is Rumored to Appear in an Upcoming Marvel Studios Project
It was another big weekend for Marvel Studios as they officially announced Black Panther II along with new Disney+ series Ms. Marvel, Moon Knight, and She-Hulk.
Well, now it looks like there might be another Marvel character coming to the MCU. That character is Jack Russell, a.k.a. Werewolf By Night. The news comes from Geeks WorldWide, who says, “our sources aren’t clear on where Werewolf will first appear, but Moon Knight is a possibility since Moon Knight made his comic debut in Werewolf by Night #32 and they have had strong ties ever since.”
However, there’s also a chance that the character could appear in Blade because he has connection to that character as well. The report also says that they’ve heard Dracula will appear in Blade as well, making Werewolf By Night’s “involvement even more likely.”
They also say that a solo spinoff film for Werewolf By Night is being explored by Marvel.
Jack Russell is a victim of an ancient family curse, and struggled for years with his bestial alter-ego. “But over time has conquered his inner demons. Now he fights the dark forces that plague our world. He is an enforcer of justice, an avenger of shadows, and a Werewolf By Night.”
Are you a fan of Werewolf By Night and excited to hear that he might be introduced the the MCU?
