WONDER WOMAN 2 Gets a 2019 Release Date!

Warner Bros. has just set the official release date for Wonder Woman 2 for December 13th, 2019. We've got a long way to go, but now we know when we can expect to see the movie and we'll all be two years older.

Gal Gadot will obviously reprise her role as Wonder Woman because there's no way the studio would do it without her. She is Wonder Woman. It was also previously confirmed that Patty Jenkins will be back to direct the movie.

As far as the story goes, the only thing that we've learned is that the sequel would be set in the 1980s during the Cold War, which will definitely make things interesting. 

Beyond that, there's not much more information. I know we've got a long way to go, but between now and then there's going to be plenty of other great movies to see to pass the time and keep us happy.
