STAR WARS: THE FORCE AWAKENS Trailer Debuts This Friday at Select Theaters!
Last week a rumor hit the internet that the first teaser trailer for Star Wars: The Force Awakens would be attached to The Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies. Then this weekend a report at /Film claimed that the trailer will actually be coming sooner that. How soon? you ask. How about this coming weekend!
The site said that they learned from “very good sources” that the Star Wars: The Force Awakens teaser trailer will be shown in a limited number of theaters during the Thanksgiving Holiday weekend.
“I know that there will be a limited amount of theaters participating in the 'preview.' I have not confirmed any more details other than that. Of course, LucasFilm and Disney will never address Star Wars rumors so there is no official confirmation from the studio, but my sources seemed very sure.”
They also point to a report on Reddit that claims that a 90-second teaser will debut next weekend in only 100 theaters nationwide and that it would be shown in front of every showing of every single film in those 100 theaters.
We've now officially learned that the trailer will debut this Friday at selected Regal Theaters across the US. I've included a list of theaters that the trailer will be showing in below. The trailer will be playing in front of every movie at these theaters. So if you find yourself at any of these theaters on November 28th, 29th, or 30th, you're in luck!
