Badass International Trailer for GHOSTBUSTERS: FROZEN EMPIRE Featuring All New Awesome Footage
This week, not only did we get an awesome brand new trailer for Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire, but we got another international trailer that features some brand new footage as well! Each trailer is awesome, and really gives fans a feel for what this movie is going to give us. There’s so much nostalgia returning to New York and seeing the original crew, and this new story looks like it’s going to be exciting and scary and awesome!
In the story, New York City finds itself freezing over due to an ancient artifact that unleashes an evil force! The full synopsis reads:
In Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire, the Spengler family returns to where it all started – the iconic New York City firehouse – to team up with the original Ghostbusters, who’ve developed a top-secret research lab to take busting ghosts to the next level. But when the discovery of an ancient artifact unleashes an evil force, Ghostbusters new and old must join forces to protect their home and save the world from a second Ice Age.
Ghostbusters: Afterlife director and co-writer Jason Reitman serves as writer and executive producer on the new film. The movie also stars Patton Oswalt, Kumail Nanjiani, comedian James Acaster, and Emily Alyn Lind have joined the cast! They join returning cast members Paul Rudd, Carrie Coon, Finn Wolfhard, and Mckenna Grace. Dan Ackroyd, Bill Murray and Ernie Hudson are also back in action with Annie Potts as Janine Melnitz suiting up for some ghost-busting action.
The film is scheduled to be released on March 29th, 2024. Check out the international trailer below:
