Disney Shifts Release Dates For BLACK PANTHER 2, THOR: LOVE AND THUNDER, CAPTAIN MARVEL 2, FREE GUY and More
Disney has revealed a new updated released schedule for several of its upcoming film projects that involve, Marvel, Star Wars, Fox, Pixar, and more. The news comes after the epic investor presentation that took place yesterday, where all kinds of exciting and crazy news was shared!
So, here are the new release dates that have been revealed:
Black Panther 2, previously dated for May 6, 2022, is now releasing on July 8, 2022
Thor: Love and Thunder, previously set for February 11, 2022, has moved to May 6, 2022
Captain Marvel 2, previously dated on July 8, 2022, has moved to November 11, 2022
Rogue Squadron is set for a December 22, 2023, release
Turning Red is dated for March 11, 2022
Lightyear will be released on June 17, 2022
The King’s Man has moved from February 12, 2021 to March 12, 2021
Antlers, previously dated for February 19, 2021, is now unset
Raya and the Last Dragon has moved from March 12, 2021, to March 5, 2021
Free Guy is set for release on May 21, 2021
Death on the Nile is now dated for September 17, 2021
Encanto is dated for November 24, 2021
Then there’s an untitled 20th Century Studios feature previously dated for September 10, 2021, has moved to February 11, 2022.
As you can see a lot of those Marvel films were pushed further back into 2022. Hopefully, by then we will actually be able to enjoy them in theaters without the worry of a pandemic.
