First Photos For WINNIE THE POOH: BLOOD AND HONEY 2 Tease the Next Chapter of the Slasher Franchise
The Winnie the Pooh: Blood and Honey slasher horror movie is already in production the first photos for the film offer a first look at the return of the sadistic Winnie The Pooh killer.
Winnie the Pooh: Blood and Honey 2 will also feature the characters Christopher Robin, Piglet, and Owl. It will be interesting to see how they’re envisioned in this dark and sinister version of the classic beloved world of Winnie The Pooh.
THR reports: “Currently in production, the sequel comes with a bigger budget, more kills and even an Olivier Award-winning, BAFTA-nominated star in the form of Simon Callow (Four Weddings and a Funeral), who has joined the cast.”
Writer and director Rhys Frake-Waterfield: “Bigger and Badder. The sequel will feature new creature designs, a new cast, and a high death count. However, this time Pooh and friends will be leaving the 100 Acre Wood to take their fight to the quiet community of Ashdown!”
Producer Scott Jeffrey added: “Our sequel we have a substantially higher budget so Rhys is really able to create a shocking, explosive and gore-filled movie. I truly think people will really dig what we are creating.”
The cast for Winnie the Pooh: Blood and Honey 2 also includes Tallulah Evans, Scott Chambers (Doctor Jekyll) as Christopher Robin, Ryan Olivia (Seasoning House) as Winnie-the-Pooh, and Peter DeSouza-Feighoney (The Pope’s Exorcist) as Young Pooh.
The script for the film was written by Matt Leslie (Summer of 84).
