The giant shark action film The Meg is getting a sequel titled The Meg 2: The Trench, and Warner Bros. shared the first trailer for the movie at CinemaCon this week! We were there to watch it, and this sequel is going to take things to a whole new bonkers level! This movie is going to be a blast, and you can watch us share our reaction to the footage in the video below!

Jason Statham is back to battle a new giant-ass prehistoric shark and a bunch of other prehistoric creatures from an uncharted part of the ocean. Other cast members include Cliff Curtis, Sophia Cai, Page Kennedy, Sienna Guillory (Resident Evil: Afterlife), Skyler Samuels (Scream Queens) and Sergio Peris-Mencheta (Rambo: Last Blood).

Ben Wheatley (Kill List, Sightseers, A Field in England, Free Fire, and Rebecca) is directing the film.
