The Latverian Witch costume carries unmistakable Doctor Doom influences, mixing mystical imagery with armor that looks right at home in Latveria.

Naturally, you might be asking... who exactly is the Latverian Witch? One theory that's already spreading across the Marvel fandom is that this mysterious character could actually be an alternate reality version of Scarlet Witch.

The magical symbols woven throughout the armor certainly point in that direction, and many fans have been hoping to see Elizabeth Olsen return to the MCU ever since Scarlet Witch seemingly met her end in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness.

If Marvel is leaning into the multiverse once again, introducing a Scarlet Witch variant who serves Doctor Doom could be a fascinating twist.

There have already been rumors that Olsen's Scarlet Witch would return as one of Doom's allies and play a villainous role in the upcoming story. If those rumors hold any truth, this costume reveal could be our first real clue.

Right now, though, it's all speculation. Marvel loves keeping fans guessing, and they've clearly succeeded once again. Whether the Latverian Witch turns out to be a Scarlet Witch variant, Cynthia von Doom, or someone entirely unexpected, she's already become one of the most intriguing mysteries surrounding Avengers: Doomsday.
