Marvel's VISION Reportedly Cast James D'Arcy and Kerry Condon as Jarvis and F.R.I.D.A.Y. In Human Form
Marvel Studios' Vision series has reportedly cast James D'Arcy as Jarvis and Kerry Condon as F.R.I.D.A.Y in the series. These will be the live-action versions of these characters.
Condon has provided the voice of Tony's second AI after J.A.R.V.I.S. (Paul Bettany) was transformed into Vision, while D'Arcy played the human the "natural-language user interface computer system" was named after, Edwin Jarvis.
It has yet to be seen how these characters will be utilized in the series, But, the project is described as "the third part of a trilogy that started with WandaVision and continues in Agatha All Along." The series will center on The Vision (Paul Bettany) trying to regain his memory and humanity.
It was also previously reported that actor James Spader would be returning to Marvel to play Ultron in the upcoming Vision series. Then, of course, Paul Bettany is set to reprise his role as Vision.
While the focus of the series will be on Vision, there is also the possibility for Wanda Maximoff (Elizabeth Olsen) appearing, which would make sense given how interconnected the two characters’ stories are in the MCU.
The series is being developed by Star Trek: Picard executive producer Terry Matalas, who will serve as showrunner on the project.
