MASTERS OF THE UNIVERSE Behind the Scenes Photo of Nicholas Galitzine and Camila Mendes

A behind-the-scenes photo from the live-action Masters of the Universe movie has surfaced, and it features Nicholas Galitzine and Camila Mendes, who are playing He-Man and Teela.

Galitzine and Mendes are posing in the photo with Game of Thrones alum Hafthor Bjornsson, who will also star as Goat Man, and as you can see they are in the gym.

One of the main things that this image gives us is Galitzine sporting his He-Man hair, and it looks like he’s really bulking up for the role.

There have been reports on what the story for this movie will entail, and they have fans worried. The film is said to the film introduces Adam as an ordinary man, working "a boring office job" in the “real world.” The Masters of the Universe stories are merely tales Adam heard as a little kid.

The synopsis reads: “10-year-old Prince Adam who crashed to Earth in a spaceship and was separated from his magical Power Sword—the only link to his home on Eternia.

“After tracking it down almost two decades later, Prince Adam is whisked back across space to defend his home planet against the evil forces of Skeletor.

“But to defeat such a powerful villain, Prince Adam will first need to uncover the mysteries of his past and become He-Man: the most powerful man in the Universe!”

The movie also stars Alison Brie (Community) as Evil-Lyn, Idris Elba (Luther) as Man-At-Arms, while Jared Leto (Blade Runner 2049) will play the villain Skeletor.

Then there’s Sam C. Wilson as Trap Jaw, Hafthor Bjornsson as Goat Man, and Kojo Attah as Tri-Klops.

The script was was written by Chris Butler (ParaNorman), and it builds on an earlier draft by David Callaham (Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings). Todd Black, Jason Blumenthal, Steve Tisch, and DeVon Franklin are producing.
